Welcome to Bae Story (the "App" or "Bae Story")
The app a chatbot, an automated massaging service (“chatbot service”). The
chatbot service is provided using natural language processing and artificial
intelligence tools. The chatbot service is only for entertainment. You
understand and accept that the chatbot service does not provide any medical,
mental health or any other professional advice, diagnosis, assistance,
treatment, etc. You should not take or refrain from taking any action based on
information or communication with the chatbot service, otherwise, you
assume full responsibility for your actions and their consequences. The
chatbot service is not connected to any emergency service or center and
should not be used in case of emergency.
If you are using the App and its services, you, your parent or your legal
guardian, as applicable (all together: “you”, “person” or “user”) are requested
to thoroughly review these terms of use and privacy policy. By using the App
or its services you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted
all provisions of these terms of use and privacy policy and that you agree to
be bound by them. If you do not agree thereto, please refrain from making any
use of the App.
Kids and minors who have yet reached the age of maturity or the age from
which you are permitted to form contracts in your country or jurisdiction, you
have to update your parent or legal guardian, have them read these terms of
use and privacy policy and accept them on your behalf. By such acceptance
the parent or legal guardian accept full responsibility for any action of the kid
or minor under his or her responsibility.
The terms of use and privacy policy are, for purposes of convenience,
formulated in masculine form only, but refer to both genders alike.
If you are a European union citizen, European union resident or currently in aEuropean union country, know that you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. To make such a request, please use the contact details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.
Introduction

1. Using the App or the services of this App, including via computer or mobile
devices constitutes your approval to these terms of use and privacy policy.
2. The Terms of use and privacy policy shall be construed as a binding
agreement between the user and Bae Story in any case of litigation. Any
person, including a company or a legal entity who wishes to use Bae Story
services, must subject to the conditions listed below: the user is legally
competent, over the age of 18 and is entitled to conduct transactions
without the consent of a parent or a legal guardian. Alternatively, the
user’s parent or legal guardian is fully aware and approves that the person
under his responsibility is using this App. If a minor contracts without the
consent of a guardian, such contract is binding and can be enforced
against the minor, his or her parent or legal guardian.
3. These terms of use and privacy policy will bind the user and its
representatives, successors and all other authorized representatives.
4. These terms of use and privacy policy will be effective upon posting on the
App webpage in Google Play website.
The Use of the App
5. The use of the App is for personal use only. Any commercial use or any
other use of the App is strictly forbidden without prior written consent of
Bae Story.
6. The user of the App does not acquire any rights to the App’s content or
any other intellectual property right or any inherent rights except for the
right to privately use
the App, as set forth in these terms and conditions.
7. Any action that cause (or might cause) any damage or impairment to the
chatbot service, its availability or functionality is strictly forbidden.
8. To remove any doubt, Bae Story prohibits the use of any malicious
computer application or any other tool, including crawlers, robots and the
like, in order to search, scan, copy or automatically retrieve or collect
content from the App. The creation of any database or similar collection of
information containing any contents of the App is prohibited. Without
derogating from the foregoing, users are prohibited from using any
applications or systems that are aimed to harvest e-mail addresses from
the App or to collect information with respect to any other person. Hacking
this App constitutes a criminal offense. The foregoing prohibition does not
relate to search engines which are directly linked to the App.
9. In any case of a concern or suspicion that any person or an entity is
misusing your personal information or impersonating another person, you
must immediately inform Bae Story.
10. Bae Story may prevent user’s use of the App at its sole discretion. Bae
Chat may also terminate a user’s use of the App in any case where the
user misused the services of the App, acted in a manner that caused
damage or might cause damage or injury to the App or other users, acted
unlawfully or did not follow the provisions of the App’s terms of use and
privacy policy.
11. Bae Story does not warrant that the use of the App will be totally secured,
accurate, complete, uninterrupted, fault-free or free from viruses, worms,
other malware or other limitations to its functioning.
12. The user undertakes to inform Bae Story of any offensive, misleading, or
inappropriate advertising he may encounter while using the App.
13. Access to certain sections or feature in the App (“paid features”) may not
be free of charge. Access to paid features can be purchased using valid
credit cards or PayPal.
Change and Update of Terms of Use and Privacy policy
14. Changes to the terms of use and privacy policy might be done periodically.
An updated and applicable version of ‘Terms of use and Privacy policy’ will
be available on the App webpage in Google Play website.
15. The user is responsible to periodically check the changes to terms of use
and privacy policy.
16. User shall have no claim or demand against Bae Story regarding the
implementation of such changes, errors or faults deriving from such
changes.
17. Bae Story shall make its utmost effort to have the App available at all
times. However, due to unexpected errors and faults, we cannot commit to
continuous availability without any fault. Bae Story shall endeavor to
restore the operation of the App as soon as possible. Bae Story shall not
be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by malfunction of the
App and the user shall not gain any compensation deriving hereto.
Intellectual Property
18. ​​Bae Story owns all intellectual property rights, as well as for the content
appearing on the App, including App design, the layout and presentation of
the information, images, graphic files, music, video clips, audio clips
applications, computer code, text, or any other material belonging to this
App or to a third party allowed this App to be used.
19. The use of this App does not grant the user any ownership to the
intellectual property of this App. Any infringement of intellectual property,
as specified above, shall be grounds for shutting down the user account
without notice. The user shall bear all the expenses incurred in the
management of this App and/or any third party without derogating from
any other right.
20. It is forbidden to partially copy or fully, publicly display, distribute, publicly
perform, transmit to the public, modify, adapt, or make derivative works
from, sell or lease any of the content above, by any means, without the
written prior consent from Bae Story. The users are prohibited to use the
above content and trademarks appearing on the App or logo of this App
without the express prior written authorization from Bae Story.
21. Prejudicial copyright and/or intellectual property, as specified above, shall
be grounds for closing the user's account without prior notice, and the user
will bear all the expenses incurred in the management of this App and/or
any third party and that - without derogating from any other relief that
comes to the management App This is according to the agreement and in
accordance with the law.
Data collection
22. Bae Story may collect and gather all the information involved in the usage
of the App.
23. Collection and processing (including transfer to third-party) of the users’
full names and email addresses as entered by them while signing up for
the App (or any other personal data) are essential part of the relations with
Bae Story and are prerequisite for using the chatbot service.
24. In addition, Bae Story may use routine data collection of the activity of the
users, in order to provide a customized, enjoyable and efficient user
experience. The customization will allow Bae Story to serve the users with
specific interesting content and will provide the user with an easy access
to this content.
25. By signing up to this App, you authorize Bae Story to use your full name,
email address, any unidentified data of you and your use of the App and to
transfer it to third parties with the restriction of divulging personal
information not listed above.
26. Users may request erasure of personal data in the possession of the App
which concerns them, excluding data required for the compliance with a
legal obligation.
27. Bae Story uses "cookies" in order to serve the user with a customized
content. Cookies are text files which originate from the App and stored in
the system. The "cookies" allow Bae Story to obtain useful information
about your user experience of the App including the number of visits of the
App, locations visited and the amount of time spent at each location.
Based on the information collected by the cookies, Bae Story may store
and analyze statistical information which will enable us to provide a better
service to our users.
28. Bae Story might monitor and analyze your usage of the App and its
services using third-party web analysis providers.
29. Notwithstanding the above, it is hereby agreed that Bae Story may assign
its obligations (if there is or will be) and to convert its rights at any time
according to these terms and conditions, to a third party, in accordance
with its sole discretion, in any way it deems appropriate. In this case will be
transferred to the management of user information held by this third-party
App, receive the rights to the App.
Advertisement
30. By signing up or by using the App, you agree to include your contact
information in the database of Bae Story. You also authorize us to send
you periodical updates regarding the Apps services and other promotional
content via e-mail or any other means.
31. By using this App, you hereby consent to delivery of publications, including
marketing content, including via direct mail, according to the Israeli
communications law. Marketing content may be sent in a variety of ways,
including via e-mail, mobile phone text messages (SMS), fax, direct mail,
automated telephone dialing etc.
32. If you wish to unsubscribe, you are welcome to send us an e-mail and we
will make sure your information will be deleted.
33. Bae Story shall not be liable for any updates received within this time and
you will be restricted from raising any argument/demand or lawsuit against
Bae Story or any other third party related to any marketing content delivery
in the said time.
Breach of the Terms of Use and Privacy policy
34. The user undertakes to indemnify Bae Story for any damage, loss of profits
or expenses incurred due to the breach of these terms of use and privacy
policy including legal costs. The indemnification shall not derogate from
any remedy that the management of this App, its owners or their
representatives.
35. The user shall compensate and indemnify Bae Story for any claim, action,
demand, loss, loss of profit, charge, expense, costs and liabilities,
including interest payments and attorneys and court costs in cases
whereby the user shall violate the provisions of law any and / or as a result
of breach of the terms of use and privacy policy.
36. By using the App, the user hereby undertakes to be bound to indemnify
Bae Story whether it is a party in litigation or not.
37. Without limiting the foregoing, user shall pay the amount of the damage
arising from responsibility, as stated above, immediately upon first demand
of the management of this App. Demand for payment shall serve as
definitive proof for the user's obligation to indemnify Bae Story.
38. The user shall be precluded from raising any contention and /or demand
against Bae Story regarding the liability of the user for any damage.
Choice of Law
39. The laws applicable to these terms of use and privacy policy are the laws
of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in
these terms of use or use of the App would be the competent courts in Tel
Aviv.

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Apps offer you the ability to register and login using your third party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile Information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, e-mail address, friends list, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public.

13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
